Smart ID provides lock down email security. No digital codes or subscriptions required. Smart MailRouter provides wild card support for fine tuning of Authorized, Keyword and Banned List. Allows filtering of sub-domains, mailbox names, domains etc. Built in Obscene subject line filter. Patent Pending Smart Filtering Technology combines user profile data into a multi-tiered filtering process which changes based on user input through the built in memory process. Users can leave filtered mail on their server, send a copy of filtered mail to email program or both. SmartDeliver allows users to automatically process and deliver filtered mail to their email program or simply clear the junk from their account online, such as AOL, Hotmail, MSN or Yahoo accounts. Other features include Password protected profiles, SmartCompose for personal message sending - individually addressed messages, no BCC required.
